Checking Phones

There are a few things you need to check before you flipswap a phone:

  1. Does the phone turn on and function properly?
  2. Is the phone water damaged?
  3. Has all personal information been removed from the phone?
  4. Does the phone have any broken parts?

    First, log in by going to flipswap.com and entering your username and password at the top of the page

    Log in from the top of any page at Flipswap.com.

    When you are logged in to Flipswap inStore you will see all of the latest Flipswap news. You'll find information about monthly contests for inStore users (prizes have included everything from iPods to Plasma TVs!)


    To flipswap a phone just seach for the model.

    After you've logged in use the search box to find the phone you are looking for.

    The next page displays a picture of the phone and a Quick Quote, which is the average trade-in value of a working phone. You can use the Quick Quote as a great sales tool to provide your customer an instant estimate of the value of his phone.

    Once the customer accepts, all you have to do is take the phone and print some receipts; one for her, one for you, and one for Flipswap.
