- Keep all of your Flipswap Phones in a secure designated box behind the counter or in your store room.
- Seal up the box once a week and attach a prepaid shipping label from flipswap.com.
- Call 1800-GO-FedEx to Schedule a pick-up
- The phones will arrive at the Flipswap warehouse in 3-5 business days.
How to print a shipping label from Flipswap.com
Click on the 'Shipping Labels' button on the 'Home' page.
Then click 'Generate Label'. This will take you to your label on the FedEx site.
Print as many labels as you need (Flipswap pays for all the shipping, tracking, and $100 of insurance).
Slap the label on your box of phones and call 1-800-Go-FedEx to schedule your pickup.
You will be taken to the FedEx site where the label will be printed automatically.
Make sure to write down the tracking number so you can check your shipment if needed.
