Flipswap provides an easy way to keep track of all the phones you trade and who at your company is trading them. All trades are detailed in the Merchant Activity Report.
- Organize the report anyway you want. Find out exactly who traded what, when, and for how much.
- Track the real-time status of each phone as it travels through the Flipswap warehouse.
- Get a detailed reimbursement report.
Click on 'View Reports’ on the 'Home’ page.
Search your trades by date range, status, or username
The Activity Report is a comprehensive look at all trades including:
- Item ID
- Trade-in Date
- ESN, IMEI or MEID
- Phone Make/Model
- User
- Total Credit
Any discrepancies are also detailed so that you can know if a phone arrived at Flipswap’s warehouse in different condition than originally reported.
Find out where your phones are quickly with the colored flags.
Accepted Traded in at the store, but not yet received in the Flipswap warehouse.
Received Received at the warehouse and awaiting inspection.
Inspected Inspected and ready to be reimbursed.
Reimbursed A check has been printed with your name on it. You’ll receive it shortly. (Reimbursements take place on the 15th of the month for all phones received in the previous month)
